This is a pdf file and you will need the free version of Adobe Reader or some sort of Portable Document File (pdf) image reader. This type of file is designed to be able to be used on any platform, like Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
If you do not have a way to read it, or do not know how to get and install the free reader, then if you email me directly I can send you a Microsoft WORD version of the same paper.
